Hazel Patricia Holton

Pembroke- Hazel Patricia Holton, age 84 passed away Monday, July 25, 2022 at East Georgia

Regional Hospital in Statesboro. Mrs. Holton was born in Clito, GA to the late Brooks Hendrix

and Ada Jane Skinner Hendrix. She was a homemaker and a member of Pembroke Christian

Church. She enjoyed walking, flower gardening, kept a spotless house, and loved her time with

the grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Holton was

preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda Holton Morey; one sister, Hilda Laircey; and five

brothers, Carl Hendrix, Ernest Hendrix, Ermon Hendrix, Dupree Hendrix and W.B. Hendrix.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Ronald Paul Holton, Sr of Pembroke; one daughter

and son-in-law, Pamela and Peyton Sapp of Midville; one son and daughter-in-law, Ronald Paul

Holton, Jr. and Virginia Holton of Pembroke; five grandchildren, Ronald Paul Holton, III, Ashley

Holton, Mitchell Anderson, Kim Standridge, John Holton Sapp and Sara Morgan Sapp; six great

grandchildren, Dillion Boyette, Addison Holton, Ansley Holton, Levi Holton, Leah Anderson and

Landen Anderson and her caregiver, Ella Rawls.

Visitation will be held 5:30- 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Flanders Powell Funeral

Home.

Funeral service will be 10 A.M. Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Pembroke Christian Church.

Interment will follow in Bulloch Memorial Gardens.
