Dione Heyden

Ellabell- Dione R. Heyden, age 57 passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at St. Joseph’s.  Mr. Heyden was born in Cedar Falls, Iowa on January 31, 1965 to Gery Franklin Heyden and Metra Brasseaux.  Dione was the operations manager for Affairs to Remember Catering for many years and was an excellent cook.  He was very intelligent, enjoyed hiking at Jack River Falls and loved to travel, especially to Hawaii.

Survivors include his companion, Walter S. Williamson of Ellabell; mother, Metra Brasseaux;  step father, Auggie Lopez; brother and sister-in-law, Damond and Amy Lopez; sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Dean Ruiz all of Louisiana.

A graveside service will be held 2 P.M. Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Ellabell United Methodist Cemetery.
