Mr. Wallace “W.C.” Coleman Warren, Sr., 85, passed away Sunday morning May 1, 2016 at St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital. Mr. Warren, Sr. was born on August 4, 1930 to the late Moses Lee Warren and Opal Mae VanBrackle Warren in Ellabell. He was a member of Ellabell United Methodist Church, served in the U.S. Air Force, was a machine operator at Union Camp for 38 years and loved to play golf.

He is preceded in death by his son, Wallace Coleman “Bud” Warren, Jr.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Alice Humphries Warren; two sons, Mark Warren and Bruce Warren (Kimberly) both of Pembroke; daughter Deborah McKie of Pembroke; several grandchildren including Opal Warren and several great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 5 – 8 p.m. at Flanders Morrison Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the Flanders Morrison Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow at Ellabell United Methodist Church.
