Mrs. Tina Marie Fort, 38, entered into eternal life on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Carrolwood Hospital in Tampa, FL. She was born to Ronnie Fort and Kathy Powell Fort in Savannah, GA and lived most of her life in Pembroke, GA.
She is preceded in death by her father, Ronnie Fort.
Survivors include her mother, Kathy Powell Fort; three sons, Ryan, Nick and Gavin Cucurella; daughter, Haley Cucurella; brother, Kevin Fort (Amanda); sister, Amy Fort; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the Flanders Morrison Funeral Home Chapel.
