Mr. Timothy Foster Rackley, 50, passed away on July 29, 2016 at St. Joseph/Candler Hospital. Mr. Rackley was born on March 2, 1966 in Memphis, TN to James Lloyd “Jimmy” Rackley, Sr. and Tommie Tallent Rackley. He was a 1984 graduate from Bryan County High School, night manager at the B Historic Savannah Hotel, loved the beach, drawing, swimming and enjoyed his pets.
He is survived by his mother, Tommie T. Rackley of Ellabell; brother, James Rackley, Jr. and his wife Lynn of Blitchton, companion, Rick McDade of Ellabell; two uncles, Ron Tallant of Memphis and Scott Wilbanks of Freeny, MS; nephew, Trey Rackley and his wife Lindsey of Pembroke; niece, Reba Rackley and her fiancé Steven McCook both of Pembroke and numerous other family and friends.
Memorial service for Mr. Timothy Foster Rackley will be held at a later date.
