Richard "Red" Waters

Ellabell-  Richard “Red” Randolph Waters, age 85, passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Hospital.  Mr. Waters was a native to Wilmington NC and a U.S. Navy veteran having served during the Korean War.  He was a retired master upholsterer with over 20 years of service at Gulfstream Aerospace.  He was a member and deacon at First Primitive Baptist Church of Savannah and was a member of the NRA.  Mr. Waters was predeceased by his wife of 30 years, Mrs. Doris Evans Waters.

Survivors include his two stepchildren; Carl (Cynthia) Mincey of Atlanta and Marlene (Jeff) Ball of Ellabell; brother, and Mickey (Jimmie) Waters of FL.

A memorial service will be held 1 P.M. Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Glennville, GA
