Ellabell- Sandra Elaine Southerland, age 58, passed away Christmas night after a long illness. Mrs. Southerland was a long-time resident of Ellabell and a homemaker.
Survivors include one son Ray "Bear" Southerland, Jr. of Ellabell; one daughter and son-in-law Stacy and Terrell New of Pembroke; four sisters Diane Gaviola, Sherry Gordon, Cindy Caldwell and Ellen Weeks; three grandchildren that she loved with all of her heart, Colby Southerland, Angel Southerland and Terryn New; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 1-1:45 P.M. Friday, Dec. 27, 2013 at the funeral home. Graveside service will be 2 P.M. Friday, Dec. 27, 2013 at VanGiller Cemetery. Flanders Morrison Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
