Pembroke-Mrs. Nancy Gantt Swanson age 58 passed away Wednesday July 31, 2013 at St. Joseph's Hospital. She resided in Pembroke for the past 7 years and attended Savannah Christian Church. She was an office manager in the medical field, an avid gardener and loved her flowers and humming birds. She is predeceased by a son Joseph Tate Swanson.
She is survived by daughters Summer Brook Swanson of Pembroke and Megan Amanda Swanson of Jonesboro, father Richard Gantt and mother Bernice Buckner; brothers Charles and Paul Gantt, sisters Bobbie White, Brenda Fishburn, Beverly McKinny, Gail Gantt, Pattie Cornell, Betty Gantt and Marlene Gantt; three grandchildren Joseph Seth Thiele, Madelynn Taylor, and Layla Swanson.
