Mr. Grady Zeagler

Guyton-Mr. Grady Oliver Zeagler age 66 passed away Thursday May 29, 2014 from injuries sustained in a boating accident on Lake Sinclair.  Mr. Zeagler was a longtime resident of Guyton and attended South Newington Baptist Church.  He was retired as a home builder,  was an avid fisherman, and an excellent cook.  He was preceded in death by his father Ben Peyton Zeagler and a brother Joseph Peyton Zeagler.

Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Marsha S. Zeagler; son and daughter-in-law Peyton and Brandi Zeagler of Guyton; two grandchildren Lane Peyton Zeagler and Kylee Brianne Zeagler; mother Myrtle Zeagler LaTorre of Pooler; sister Virginia Collins of Statesboro; brother Ben H. Zeagler of Register; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at graveside from 10 -11 A.M. Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Hillcrest Abbey West.  Graveside service will begin at 11 A.M. Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Hillcrest Abbey West with Rev. Steve McCoy officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.  Flanders Morrison Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
