Mary Sheets Bard

Reidsville- Mary Erveline Manning Bard, age 83 passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2024.  Mrs. Bard was born in Tennessee to the late Howard Martin Manning and Mary Gladys Sheets Manning.  She was retired from Ford Motor Co. as an auto parts foreman.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bard was preceded in death by her husband Jerome Cornellius Bard, her daughters, Rhonda Kay Davlin, her son, Rodney Dale Lewis and two sisters, Judy Kat Welborne and Velma Nicholson.  

Survivors include her sons, William G. Lewis, Jr of Blueridge, Ga and Marin Joe “Rocky” Lewis and his wife, Terri of Reidsville; one sister, Hilda Jewel White of Lake Sinclair, 5 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

A committal service was held at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
