Mr. Jeffrey Wayne “Rabbit” Williams, 52, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 10, 2016. Mr. Williams was born in Augusta, GA to George Thurman Williams and Ruby Pearl Sanders Williams in June 20, 1964. He worked in the construction industry building homes, enjoyed fishing and hunting and loved to play golf.
He is preceded in death by his father, George Thurman Williams and a sister, Wanda Sue Williams.
Survivors include his son, Phillip Dwayne Green of Greenville, NC; mother, Ruby Pearl Hill; five brothers, Elvis Thurman Williams and his wife Linda of Nevils, James Ellis Williams and his wife Olivia of Ellabell, George Washington Williams and his wife Kathy of Groveland, Eddie Williams of Groveland and Russell Williams and his wife Courtney of McDonough; sister, Vivian Williams Purvis of Greenville, NC; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 from 6 -8 p.m. at Flanders Morrison Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the Flanders Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with Doctor Jim Correll officiating.
Burial will follow in DeLoach Cemetery.
