Dollie Mae Dowd Moore, 83, passed away peacefully after a long illness on Friday, August 30, 2026 at Glenvue Health and Rehab.
She was born in Cobbtown, Ga and was preceded in death by her parents and siblings. She had many nieces and nephews.
Dollie will be missed by many.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Flanders Powell Funeral Home Chapel.
