Dianne Tucker Herb, cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 20, 2026, at her residence in Pembroke, Georgia. She was 75 years old.
Born on March 22, 1951, in Pelham, Georgia, Dianne was a beloved fixture in her community, known for her warmth, kindness, and spirited personality. As a devoted housewife, she dedicated her life to nurturing her home and family, creating a legacy of love and resilience.
Dianne married the love of her life, John H. Herb, Sr., with whom she shared 35 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a beautiful family and community of friends, touching countless lives with their generosity and compassion.
Dianne is survived by her loving husband, John H. Herb, Sr.; her five sons, Johnny Vinson, James Darrell Vinson, John Joseph Herb, John Henry Herb, Jr., and Eugene Scott Herb; and her two daughters, Kathy Jo Vinson and Jeannie Marie Herb. Her legacy continues in her 10 grandchildren and 13 step-grandchildren, as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray Tucker and Mary Spivey Tucker.
Dianne had a passion for fishing and enjoyed the thrill of discovering treasures at garage sales. These simple pleasures brought her immense joy and unending stories to share with her family and friends.
A memorial service in honor of Dianne's life will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Flanders Powell Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Stan Tyson officiating. The family will receive friends and loved ones from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. on the same day at the funeral home.
Arrangements for Dianne's service have been lovingly provided by Flanders Powell Funeral Home & Crematory. Dianne's family expresses their deep gratitude for the sympathies and support extended by the community during this difficult time.
