Mrs. Diane Marie Henderson Floyd, 57, passed away at Ogeechee Area Hospice on Wednesday, September 7, 2016. Mrs. Floyd was born in Savannah to the late Milton Warren and Glady Pearl Palmer Henderson on August 29, 1959. She was a house keeper for many families in the Pembroke area, loved taking care of her house and yard, collecting lighthouses and most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Mark A. Floyd; son, Robert Floyd and his wife Angie of Jacksonville, Fl; three daughters, Tonya Floyd, Trina Floyd and Rachel Floyd all of Pembroke; 10 grandchildren, Zackary McFarland, Christopher Gage Floyd, Nicholas Floyd, Victoria Floyd, Spencer Shuman, Drake Boutwell, Bryson Beasley, Gavin Beasley, Kaydence Rogers and Andrew Rogers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 6 -8 p.m. at Flanders Morrison Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the Flanders Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Colburn officiating.
Burial will follow at Northside Cemetery.
