Declan-Cullen Sherman Hicks, age two months, passed away Monday, December 26, 2022. Declan was born in Savannah, Ga to Alan Dyer and Elora Michelle Hicks.
In addition to his parents, Declan was survived by his grandparents, Paula Murray and Steven Hicks of Stone Mountain and Barry Ross of Iowa; one brother, Bryan Hicks and two sisters, Destiny Ethridge and Maxine Hicks.
Visitation will be held 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Flanders Powell Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the chapel of Flanders Powell Funeral Home with interment to follow in Northside Cemetery.
