Pembroke- Declan Asher McGrath, infant son of Carissa McGrath, passed away Monday, September 2, 2024. Declan is survived by his mother Carissa McGrath; grandparents, Samantha and Peter Reed of Pembroke and Samantha and Matthew McGrath of Port Wentworth; two uncles, Chase Reed of Pembroke and Luke McGrath of Port Wentworth and numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be held 11 A.M. Saturday, September 7, 2024 in the chapel of Flanders Powell Funeral Home.
