Dallas Keith Yawn, age 48 passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020 at his home. Mr. Yawn was born January 26, 1972 in Savannah to Mr. Dallas Griendstead Yawn and Dorothy Luann Claxton Yawn. Mr. Keith was a long-time resident of Bryan County and was a proud graduate of Bryan County High School, Class of 1994. He attended Uvalda Church of God and enjoyed TV shows from the 1980’s. Keith loved playing the drums and singing and was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Luann Yawn.
Survivors include his father, Dallas G. Yawn of Pembroke; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Joyce and Greg Shinall of Ellabell and Tracey and Mike Tuten of Pembroke; nieces and nephews, Dayna (Travis Minis) Linton, Daron (Jordan Edwards) Tuten, Candace (Chris) Calloway, and Zach (Chelsea) Shinall; great nieces and nephews, Randi Linton, Skylar Linton, Aubrey Linton, Kindall Linton, Kinley Linton, Jordan Calloway, Braydan Calloway, Adrian Calloway, Miley Tuten, Hailey Tuten, Candance Tuten, Tessa Tuten, Brianna Pittman, Hailey Hanner, Kiley Edwards, Archer Shinall and Mia Shinall.
Visitation will be 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Thursday, September 17, 2020 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 12:00 P.M., Friday, September 18, 2020 in the chapel of Flanders Morrison Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Northside Cemetery.
Due to COVID-19 the funeral home will limit the amount of guest at one time and ask that guest practice social distancing as well. Face mask are not mandatory but are strongly recommended.
