Mrs. Clara Helen Smith Rahn, 88, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Bryan County Health & Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Rahn was born on April 1, 1928 to the late Samuel Harold and Rose Marsh Smith in Madison, WI. She was a devoted home maker, member of the World Wide Church of God where she was very active but most of all, enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Joseph Rahn, Jr.
Survivors include three daughters, Vickie Seibert and Ruth Thomas both of WI and Paulette Whaley of Ellabell; 5 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 12 p.m. at the Hillcrest Abbey East Cemetery in Savannah with Reverend Jeff Snyder officiating.
