It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Christopher Noel Morrison, still in his youth. Christopher passed away on June 25, 2023 at St. Joseph’s Hospital only 10 days shy of his 54^th birthday. He was born on July 5, 1969 in Brunswick, GA to his parents, Sandra Morrison, Travis Morrison and later in life, William “Pete” Peterson. He had been diagnosed several years prior with COPD. Fighting a long hard battle, Christopher was always pushing and grinding to provide for his family and friends. He finally lost that battle due to complications with his lungs.

Chris worked on a shrimp boat in his younger years. Later, he used his skills of being tenacious and persistent to provide for his family. He enjoyed spending time with his friends who became part of his family. Chris loved his Lord and his family. Chris was an awesome son, brother, father and husband and that great friend everyone strives to find.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Peterson; father, Travis Morrison; father, William “Pete” Petterson; grandparents, Noel Browning and Mary Browning and brother, Robbie Morrison.

Survivors include his wife, Sabrina Morrison of Savannah; three children, Carissa Morrison, Travis Morrison and Maddilyn Morrison; brother, Steve Morrison of Brunswick; cousin, Lonna and Hailey and too many friends to count including Tammy, Berry and Tiffay

Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was and the spirit shall return to God who gave it.

A celebration of life service will be held on 1 P.M. Saturday, July 1, 2023 at New Bethel Pentecostal Church, 2402 Old Dixie Highway South, Springfield, GA 31329.
