Charles Olen Taylor

Lakeland, FL-  Charles Olen Taylor, age 62 of Lakeland, FL passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023 at Lakeland Regional Hospital.  Mr. Taylor was born in Alma, GA to the late Herbert Taylor and Mary Alma Price Taylor.  He was a graduate of Bacon County High School and served in the United States Armed Forces. Mr. Taylor was an excellent carpenter and enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.  He loved animals and took great care of his cat.  Mr. Taylor was of the Baptist faith.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Josephine Kato, Juliette Mears, and Elizabeth Taylor and four brothers, Gerald Todd, Robert Todd, Bo Taylor and Spence Taylor.

Survivors include his three sisters and a brother-in-law, Mary White of Ellabell, Freddie and Benny Crews of Baxley and Bernice Kipker of Harvey, LA
