Mrs. Cathy Aileen Dowd Wilson, 58, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017. Mrs. Wilson was born on September 22, 1958 in Titusville, Fl. to Ray Wilson, Sr. and Jane Cribbs. She worked as a shift leader at Love’s Travel Stop in Richmond Hill for over five years, enjoyed fishing, Krystal burgers, Pepsi and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents Jane Skinner and Ray Wilson, Sr; step-son, Lee Dowd; brother, Ray Wilson, Jr.; sister, Bonnie Harrelson and many others that were dear to her heart.

Survivors include her loving husband of 10 years, Robert “Bob” Wilson; son, Shawn Dowd and his wife Jill of Daisy; daughter, Melissa Dowd and Daniel, special son, Mark Madden of Savannah; step-father that raised her, Carroll Skinner of Daisy; two step-daughters, Somer Wilson and her husband Joe of Atlanta, Rose Wilson of Oregon; step-son, Bobby Wilson of Michigan; nine grandchildren, Trent, Shawna, Cami, Chloe, Anthony, Aldric, Abrum, Emma and Jo Jo; two sisters, Linda James of Eden and Barbara Holcombe and her husband Billy of Fargo; brother, Bob Wilson of Fargo aunt, Bert Bethune and her husband Billy and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 from 5 -7 p.m. at Flanders Morrison Funeral Home.

Funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. in the Flanders Morrison Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will be private.
