Caroline Beatrice Sikes, aged 46, of Ellabell, GA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Born in Statesboro, Georgia, Caroline's life was a testament to strength, creativity, and unwavering love for her family.

Caroline was a jack of all trades and worked in various capacities with many companies over the years. She had a gifted artistic soul that shone through in her arts and crafts, which she loved to share with those close to her.

Caroline's greatest passion was her family. She is survived by her beloved children, Courtney Smith and Michael Sikes, who were the light of her life. Her father, Lloyd Carol Sikes, and her devoted sisters, Lisa B. Sikes (Buck) and Christine L. Johnson (Sam), will deeply feel her absence. Caroline's vibrant spirit will be remembered by her nieces and nephews, Justin Gray (Catlin), Mitchell Tillman (Jessica), Tyler Tillman (Tayler), Ryan Mew, Kayleigh Page (Franklin), and Christian Johnson, along with her great nieces and nephews, Aubrie, Cooper, Hollis, and Kali.

Preceded in death by her mother, Linda Gail Callahan Sikes, and her brother, Stephen W. Sikes, Caroline forged ahead with resilience, embodying the role of a great defender of her family. Her thoughtful nature extended to surprising loved ones with random gifts, a testament to her big heart and deep caring for others.

Caroline found joy in the simple pleasures of fishing, and nothing brought her more happiness than spending quality time with her family. Described as always being there when you needed her, she was a pillar of strength and independence, leaving a legacy as a beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

A memorial service to celebrate Caroline's life will be held at Flanders Powell Funeral Home & Crematory in Pembroke, GA, on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 7:00 pm. Family and friends are welcome to gather for a visitation prior, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at the same location.
