Bettie Coleman

Ellabell-  Bettie Louise Coleman, age 68 passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospital.  Mrs. Coleman was born in Laverne, Alabama on March 29, 1950 to the late Ike and Aliene Daniels Ballard.  She was a homemaker, an avid seamstress and took great pride in raising her children and many children that grew up in her neighborhood.

Survivors include her husband, Grady Wayne Coleman of Ellabell; children and spouses, Robert Thompson of Ellabell, John and Cassie Coleman of Ellabell, Bobby and Tina Coleman of Ellabell, Wayne D. and Thomas Coleman of Atlanta, Tara Coleman of Savannah, Tammy Coleman of Guyton, and Anna and Perry Jones of Ellabell; grandchildren, Olivia Jones, Victoria Coleman, James Coleman, Shawn Coleman and Wyatt Thompson and brothers and sister, Kay, Helen, June, Edwinnie, Jim, Randy, Sue and Shirley all of Laverne, Alabama.

Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the funeral home.  Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, November 8, 2018 in the chapel of Flanders Morrison Funeral Home with Dr. Brad Butler officiating.
